Bobby was born in Pond Skum, Florida in 1982.  But Bobby never played on the streets of Pond Skum like all the other little children, because when he was two months old, his parents moved to California. Bobby was bounced from school to school in his infancy, eventually ending up in Lower San Diego (LSD) High.  He has the worst record in the school's history.  Due in part to his accidentally vaporizing the science wing while attempting to make a ham sandwich during a lunch detention.  The only reason he is still enrolled is because of his parents substantial donations to the school.  But Bobby has begun to turn his academic career around and he hopes to graduate by 2010.  Now, during the tail end of the year, Bobby is looking forward to getting in some time on the beach.  He plans to surf every day.  By surfing we mean gaping at other beach patron's thorasic regions.  His other plans are to terrorize his sister, Bobbalina, with his new paint ball cannon.
