"Fools! I'll destroy them all!" were the good doctor's first words as a child. Professor Van Beuran does not normally act as a psychologist, but a chance to examine the Bigglesworth children was an opportunity he could not pass up. Bobby especially intrigued the professor. "How one boy could destroy an entire building with the ingredients of a ham sandwich is nearly beyond my comprehension," his note book reads, "fortunately, I am infallible, so I do understand how he did it."
Bobby's parents are convinced that their children's $200 an hour sessions with him are doing good, but they are unaware of Van Beuran's true plans for Bobby. He intends to clone Bobby and use his new minions to take over the world. "Bobby is the perfect soldier. He loves explosions and big guns. He can suffer a complete loss of his brain matter and still be 98% as effective in action as he would be with an intact brain. Working in tandem with clones of his sister would have devastating affects on all opposing forces. The Bobbalinas could frighten the troops until they wet their trousers merely by standing near them. Then the Bobbies could stagger forward and simply knock the men over with whiffle bats and comic books." Van Beuran is a former Pentagon war planner.
